Allergy Statement

We will inform you of any of the 14 allergens used as ingredients in our products. If you have an allergy or food requirement, please notify us and we will inform you of products used as an ingredient. Due to the small kitchen without segregated lines of production, and that it is not for our sole use, cross contamination may always be possible as we do use all allergens.

If the product does not contain the allergen, it has not been used as an ingredient. However, products that are used may come with a disclaimer such as ‘may contain traces’ etc.

If you have a serious allergy that could cause distress or a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way to be 100% safe is not to consume my products.

Terms and Conditions

The information given below outlines the services provided and is the basis on which services are offered and accepted. You must be 18 years of age to make an agreement to our services.

Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product / products. You will receive an invoice outlining the order and payment information. All orders are created on an individual basis and therefore there will be some differences between products and cost. When you book the service, you agree the cost quoted to you. Payment is due in full 7 days before the order is due. No order will be accepted until full payment is made. Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours will be refunded at 50%. No refund will be given for orders cancelled within 48 hours. Prices are liable to change at any time, however, changes will not affect any orders currently booked.

Products will be delivered to an agreed address and time slot and cannot be changed. If for any reason no one is present to receive your order, we will call you to see if someone will be available for collection. If not, the order will be taken back and sold off or disposed of. You will be charged for the full cost. The products will be at your risk from the time we deliver them

to you.

Ownership of the products will only pass to you one we receive full payment. Payment is made by direct bank transfer or cash. We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, if

you are not happy with the product on delivery we will take the product back and you will receive a 100% refund. This product may then be sold on or disposed of by Bubbles and Bakes.

As taste is a very individual matter and subjective, we cannot accept a return of any product or provide a refund simply because you do not like the taste.

Refunds will be offered by percentage of the product returned.

If we accept a return of 100% of the product, you will receive 100% refund. If we accept a return of between 75% - 100% of the product, you will receive 75% refund. If we accept a return

of between 50% - 75% of the product, you will receive a 50% refund. If we accept a return between 25% - 50% of the product you will receive a 25% refund. No returns will be accepted or

refunds given for under 25% of the product.

Once the products are delivered, we accept no liability for the deterioration of the products or any damage caused.
